        整个餐厅总体来说都满足需求,工作流程也很舒畅,设备设施都符合安全卫生法则,也符合基本厨房设施基础,员工能够负荷整个餐厅的工作量,不会感到很累,员工也没有在工作上做到无用功,所有设施设备都达到了卫生要求,餐厅保证了员工工作环境的可靠安全性。有良好的管理制度,工作流程也很科学,餐厅要保持以上优点,更加完善工作流程,以上就是我的评估报告。
