Steelseries GG软件有部分功能是基于微软VC开发的,如果机器上面的.Net 和VC运行库没有伴随着windows的更新而更新可能会导致初始化的时候卡住。
建议这样试试:
1、将Windows 10的更新升级到最新22H2版本并且更新了的2024.08月份的KB补丁包,主要是更新中安装上KB504158;
2、将于USB Hub和声卡有关系的驱动更新到官方技术支持网站提供的最新版本。这需要你从主板或者PC OEM官方网站下载并且安装。完成后重启windows;

Prior to starting, navigate to and run:C:\Program Files\SteelSeries\GG\uninst.exe

· Using the search functionality inWindows, search for "Device Manager" - click and open it
· Note: If this does not work, search for"Control Panel" and navigate to Device Manager
· Find the device in the device tree
· Right-click and select"Properties"
· If there are second or multiple entriesrelated to the device, you will need to repeat this process.
· Click "Driver" on the toptoolbar and select "Uninstall (Advanced)" at the bottom.
· Ensure the checkbox is checked anduninstall the driver.
· Select Uninstall Device.
· Once this is done, replug the device andthe driver will reinstall
