I’m gonna move to a brand new apartment very soon. But I was told today that I can’t pick my own energy provider but use the only one that looks after the whole building. My first hunch was that I will be charged like I own a bank. Then I did a research on this type of energy companies.
They call it ‘the embedded network’. They bulk buy electricity and gas from a distributor which of course would give them a bargain. And then they sell the electricity and gas to the residents at whatever rate they wish. If you don’t pay, then you get no electricity or gas, or you fuск off the building. Smart assholes.
