11月1号上次血法活动发的信，反复发了7，8次，都没回复，前后换了4个邮箱，还以为把我账号拉黑了呢。早就放弃了，没想到刚才居然回复了，反了300钻。。。。什么情况

We've reviewed your account record and credited back gems spent on Energy refreshes and squad Revives during it. They'll be immediately available for use, though if your game was open or minimized when they were added, you'll need to force-close and restart it in order for them to appear.
We appreciate your patience while the issue was located and adjustment to the event made.

Hi again and agian! It has been 45 days since I sent the first E-mail to you guys.45DAY!!!!!Until then, I don't receive any respond.Is it common for you guys that 45days without respond for players? Or did you put my name in the blacklist? Anyway, I will put tickets until you respond me.The mistake in the Tainted Blood had made me spend almost 300gems and much time for nothing. In the spite of the update you made immediately,the balance has been damaged because the Uldred Rain.(I used 400gems in the event of Uldred two weeks ago for only one Uldred at 2.0) That means 700 gems and much time for nothing. It is a great blow to me. You know my purpose is not to abandon this good game. What I need is your team can give me a good explanation and some compensation. Anyway, I sincerely wish the game become better and better. Look forward to your soonest reply. Your staunchest supporter forever!
