老爹
Michael Chiklis as James "Jim" Powell, Sr. – a police sketch artist who is super-strong, nearly invulnerable, can leap over tall buildings, and is fire-resistant. When in contact with cinoxate, his powers fail.His weakness lies in finesse and agility. 

老妈
Julie Benz as Stephanie Powell– a scientist who works at Global Tech. She has super speed(running 10 miles in just under 5 seconds) and an incredibly fast metabolism that allows her to heal quickly.She got stabbed by Lucas Winnick, a man with claws, and she was dying. Stephanie got injected with the trilsettum serum, which made her run faster than the speed of light. This makes her able to time travel. She was initially working on the research of the Trilsetum Coronis, the "crown jewel" plant of the Amazon Basin. She later found out that the plant shared the same chromosomes as the families' super powered DNA. 

女儿
Kay Panabaker as Daphne Nicole Powell – Jim and Stephanie's 16-year-old daughter. She has the power of telepathy and the ability to see the memories of others by touching them, which has allowed her to restore her own memories. She later found out that she can also change a person's mind through telepathic push.She finds out that she can erase memories in episode 19. 

美女助手
Autumn Reeser as Katie Andrews–a lab tech and Stephanie's personal assistant at Global Tech and comic book fangirl. She is aware of the Powells' superpower. She is also dating the Watcher (under the alias of Will and later Joshua), but it is unknown to her that he is hired by Dr. King to find out about the Powell family's abilities.Her favorite superhero is Kitty Pryde. She currently has telekinetic powers due to her pregnancy with Joshua's child.


老爹的战友
Romany Malco as George St. Cloud– an assistant district attorney in Pacific Bay and long-time friend of Jim's. He also knows of his superpowers. He is a comic book fanboy. He sponsors and runs the crime-fighting intelligence network ("The Lair") in his garage. 

邪恶博士
Stephen Collins as Dr. Dayton King – Stephanie's boss at Global Tech and, as the series unfolds, a key figure in the Powells' super-powered universe. In episode 14, through the security cameras, he learns of Jim and Stephanie's powers. In episode 16, it is revealed that he is The Watcher's adoptive father and has some sort of interest in JJ's powers.
