当可编程逻辑控制器投入运行后,其工作过程一般分为三个阶段,即输入采样、用户程序执行和输出刷新三个阶段。完成上述三个阶段称作- -个扫
描周期。在整个运行期间,可编程逻辑控制器的CP以一-定的扫描速度重复执行上述三个阶段。
输入采样阶段
在输入采样阶段,可编程逻辑控制器以扫描方式依次地读入所有输入状态和数据,并将它们存入I/0映象区中的相应的单元内。输入采样结束后,
转入用户程序执行和输出刷新阶段。在这两个阶段中,即使输入状态和数据发生变化,I/0映象区中的相应单元的状态和数据也不会改变。因此,
如果输入是脉冲信号,则该脉冲信号的宽度必须大于一-个扫描周期,才能保证在任何情况下,该输入均能被读入。
输电线路冰灾事故在我国近年来发生数千次,严重危及电网安全可靠运行。6月26日,由山东电力研究院研制的架空输电线路除冰检测机器人通过
科技成果鉴定。这台机器人能够以遥控方式,在单档间距内、单根线路_上进行带电除冰和检测作业。鉴定委员会鉴定认为,这项技术达到先进水
平。

据介绍,这台机器人具备抗强电磁干扰能力,在500kV、 1000的架空线路上作业时具有安全性、可靠性和环境适应性,已在山东电力超高压公
司和南方电网超高压输电公司运营的带电线路上获得了成功应用。
由院士蔡鹤皋、哈尔滨工业大学机器人研究所所长赵杰等专家组成的鉴定委员会建议,加快该产品的产业化进度,扩大应用范围。
目前,山
东电力研究院已生产和正在组装的架空输电线路除冰检测机器人共7台,初步具备推广条件。专家认为,除冰检测机器人不仅可以提高工作效率和
质量,降低线路因覆冰或故障带来的损失,而且对促进智能电网建设、提高电网自动化作业水平、保障电网安全稳定运行均具有重要的战略意义。
