"无奈"怎么表达?
"无奈"在英文中没有对应的词儿
对某事无奈，是不是就是对某事没有办法，只能被迫接受
从这个层面来讲，可以翻译成
be resigned to
resigned /rɪˈzaɪn/ 有“辞职，放弃，认输”的意思
If you are resigned to something unpleasant, you calmly accept that it will happen.
只好接受;对…听天由命;安于…
例：
She seems resigned to losing the race.
对于输掉比赛，她好像是认了。
resign yourself to
to make yourself accept something that you do not like because you cannot change it
听任;顺从;不得不接受
例：
He resigned himself to living alone.
他只好安于孤独的生活。
“无奈”的情绪放到语言上，
也可以说成是“无语”，
无奈得我都说不出话来了...
I'm speechless.
我真是无语了
(我服你了,还不行吗~)
比如
遇到猪队友
例：
I'm speechless. Why are you so stupid?
我真是服你了，你怎么能这么蠢?!
除此之外，
还有一个口语化的俚语
I can’t even
I can't / I cannot even
I can’t even是针对某个事情作出反应而说的感叹词。
一般说在句子最末，
暗示说话人因对某事感到
神奇、沮丧、惊讶或兴奋(或任何其他的情绪)
而无法处理，
使人难以置信而说不出话来。
例：
A: "Did you hear that Mary and Joe broke up again?"
你听说玛丽和乔又分手了吗?
B: "Ugh, I can't even with those two. I hope this break-up is permanent!"
呃，我对他俩无奈了。希望真次分手是真的分了!
