As a volunteer，It is time to farewell, I want to express my feelings one by one.
What impresses me most is the girls and boys club, which filled with happiness and felicity all the time.These children are so energetic that lend warmth into my heart right from the start.
Needless to say, kids here are quite different from China, at first,they don’t dependent on computer or phone like most Chinese kids do even there are many available devices.They prefer to play under the sun, talk with staffs here, make little stuffs themselves.
Besides, inclusive as they are, they quickly accept us and treat us friendly.When it comes of learning Chinese, they not only showed great interest in it, but some of them were able to say some easy Chinese to us the following day.
Though they are very naughty, they could be very polite and considerate indeed.It is not common for all of them to play together as they have different preferences.However, when one child seemed to be unhappy, before the staffs, other children who may not be his or her intimates would come to comfort gently.And the politeness, I could hear them say thank you to each other and staffs in English or Spanish quite often, after a few days, even‘xie xie’, the‘thank you’ in Chinese, could be heard.
As a ‘daughter’
What follows the cute children is my warm family.They lead a simple and good life.The most important one is the food.To me, every meal is half chance and half challenge, the tasty can be so delicious that you want to take back home, while the weird one may shock you.Generally, I was satisfied with the food, and was won over by some oats and pancake.As is always the case, I should own most of tasty food to the source rather than mom’s cooking.There were various sources like ketchup, Bang Bang source, caramel syrup, you name it.
