Players whose system Display Language is non-English are currently experiencing a bug where text in the menus is not being displayed correctly.
This issue does not affect players whose Display Language is English.
Behind the scenes we’ve been doing some localization work to get MTG Arena ready for the future of global gamers (it’s still a while away). Some of that early work shipped with the new update, and now it’s affecting players with non-English display language.
When Are We Fixing This?
Fixing this bug is high priority. We are working on a fix to this issue now and hope to release it in the next week.
How Can You Play in the Meantime?
This bug affects the Menu Scene and it may affect cards that require display menus in game (e.g. Unclaimed Territory). If you can get through the Menus, most cards will play as normal in match.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can change the display language of Windows to English.
