Friendly notice from Shanghai International Marathon:Dear runners, The 2016 Shanghai International Marathon Race is only one week ahead. Please be careful about adjusting your dietary structure in this week by taking more staple food to store enough inositol. To replenish sugar properly is helpful to improve competition performance and delay fatigue before and during the race. During this week, it is suggested to diversify your food items and increase intake of fruits and vegetables for more vitaminsand to decrease intake of acidic foods to help relieve acid state of body fluid so as to prevent fatigue in advance. The dietary structure before the race is very important as it would influence your performance to a certain extent. So, it is suggested for you to increase alkaline reserve and replenish vitamins in time, energizing the antioxidant enzyme (by adding right amount of lean meat, fresh fruits and vegetables and decreasing intake of fat) and avoiding what you don't normally eat.
