In my view, the military training is mostly aimed to change our bad habits such as getting up late, staying up late, doing no exercise and so on. Well begun is half done. There is no doubt that the good habits developed during military training will do much good to our future school life. To be honest, I regret to give up those habits. Had I kept on the correct schedule and doing exercise every day, I would have become slimmer, healthier and better at my study.
