I used to like Lenalee, up until all of her hair got singed off and they started putting too much of a focus on her, in my opinion. It took a lot of the focus away from Allen, I thought.
Although... I happened to notice that a lot of you commenters (and your friend Ruth) are getting WAY too worked up about this. Lenalee is just a character, after all. *sweatdrop* And everyone is entitled to like or dislike any character they want.

All she (Lenalee) does is get abducted/kidnapped, get injured, cry, emo moments, get male characters to fall in love with her and cry because she isn't strong.
(she did have one fight where she acctually made an effort to win.)
