First of all, I assume that you're actually interested in the book right? You’re not just doing that for your English study. Under that circumstance, yes it could help you and it’sreally normal that you have trouble understanding some words. Just look up them in your dictionary. And I do believe that learning new words by reading is more interesting than just reading the word list. Especially you have the context, so you could guess its meaning, right?So just keep working. But remember that the premise if you are actually interested in thebook, or it could be very boring.
