1.how they build rom ? in WM we knew they building by PB but WP8 who knows ?
HTC怎么打包分解合成rom？我们知道WM是通过PB但是WP8没人知道
2.where can find sources and where to get it ?
哪里可以找到资源，怎么样去获取都是问题
3.we need mamaich to make tool , we need bepe to make kitchen
我们需要mamaich（大神）去做工具，我们也要bepe（大神）去做ROM的组件
If we want M8/W8 replace HD2 without this will be very hard to make it happen that*s why in M7 Cotulla make for WinRT
如果没有这些，要想M8/W8替代HD2是非常困难的，这也是为什么Cotulla不在M7上搞wp8而搞WinRT的原因
bepe been missing few years can*t find him , mamaich got kids busy at home/work , Buzzlightyear became grandfather also besy with family , Cotilla also missing a year , me also stop doing this for a year , we need bring back 5 of them and others 3 team members to work together on this project otherwide hard to do , after WP7 we don*t had any sources that I real don*t know how to do this .
bepe已经消失好几年没法找到他，mamaich有了小孩忙于家务，Buzzlightyear（大神）成为祖父后也一直忙于家务，cotulla也已经消失一年了，我也停止这类工作一年，我们需要找回他们5个（mamaich、Cotulla、bepe、 Buzzlightyear 、老爷子）以及其他3队的成员去共同完成这项工作否则很难进行，WP7之后我们没有得到更多的资源所以一时间我也真的不知道该如何入手
About "Bounty" our team not looking for this just play for fun but in the pass how many bounty ? after our team made it happen and how much we got bounty ? in the pass all devices bought by me for whole team but now I can*t pay it , I got pay cut 40% last two years.
关于“捐赠”，我们并不是为了这个完全只是兴趣，但在过去有多少赏金？当我们团队创造奇迹的时候我们得到多少？过去我承担了团队的所有设备所需但是现在我承担不起了，在过去的两年我的收入减少了40%。
