1、手机关机，然后同时按住【音量增大键】和【音量减小键】，再按住【开关机键】。即可按到黑白界面。
2、选项中有第二项为recovery，此时【音量减小键】为移动光标键，【音量增大键】为确定键。
3、选择后会显示出现绿色小机器人胸口有一个三角形感叹号。此现象为正常现象。
同时按住【音量增大键】和【音量减小键】即可进入黑底蓝色的recovery菜单。。。
recovery菜单如下：
reboot system now（重启系统）
apply update from external storage（从外置内存设备中更新系统）
wipe data/factory reset（清除数据目录，并重新格式化）
wipe cache partition（清除缓存）
