《Beat It》是一首反对社会暴力音乐作品。通过《Beat It》告诫年轻人避免不必要的麻烦，暴力不能解决一切问题，只会伤害到自己。

《Beat It》是世界流行天王迈克尔·杰克逊（Michael Jackson）与Eddie Van Halen合作作品，在其1982年专辑《Thriller》收录的主打歌曲之一。作为一首摇滚名曲，入围了摇滚名人堂史上500首经典之作之一，同时入围滚石杂志最佳100首摇滚吉他Solo之一，Metallica、Fall Out Boy等摇滚乐队都曾经翻唱、演绎过Beat It。此曲由杰克逊亲手作词、作曲、编曲，并演唱，后经时任美国总统的里根的建议，将这首歌用在一个劝导禁止酒驾的公益广告中。杰克逊本人也因此被里根总统邀其至白宫，亲自为其颁发了“世界杰出青年奖”以及“特别贡献奖”。同时杰克逊也凭借《Beat It》这首歌获得了第26届格莱美最佳摇滚男歌手。这首歌曲的音乐录影带的设计与拍摄更是跨世纪的，可谓旷世奇作，广受好评。
