[求助]编译别人的程序时遇到cmake和python都需要的情况

1.) Install CMake and Python
2.) Run the python script './install/run.py --clean --cmake'
3.) Build the created project (cf. './build')
这是那个程序的安装说明
第一条是安装cmake和python
第二条是运行python脚本'./install/run.py --clean --cmake' 这个是什么意思啊？
这个脚本我怎么在python里完全无法运行啊
第三条更是不知所云啊 求大神啊
