The building of subject quality: CFLS takes “Matching up with Chunhui education and cultivating outstanding talents” as its major aim and makes efforts to strike a balance between learning and healthy lifestyle, between education and innovation. Tremendous accomplishments have been made in teaching. Since the foundation if CFLS, 89% of its graduates have been admitted by Chunhui Middle School. In recent years, 35 students won honors in the provincial or national competitions, 6 of whom won the first place in National Mathematics Competition (Zhejiang Area) and Zhejiang Science Competition for Junior Middle School Students. There are over 200 students winning the first place in the competitions at Shangyu county level. The number of students who are entitled to the “Shunjie Scholarship” is much larger than the other schools. For several times CFLS is awarded with the honor of “Shangyu Outstanding Group in Teaching.” The building of faculty members: CFLS advocates a working atmosphere of democracy, harmony, truth and hardworking, and stresses on the teachers’ responsibility sense of cultivating students and a value of making contribution. It helps its faculties to grow increasingly from qualified teachers to fine teachers and to expert teachers, with the hope of forming a “teaching crew with great expectation who are always eager to learn.” Recently, CFLS boasts of 45 middle school senior teachers, together with other 36 teachers honored as famous teachers, leading teachers, young expert teachers, and outstanding technicians at Shangyu level or above, who account for 46% of the whole faculty. There are two teachers winning the first place in Zhejiang Middle School Teaching Competition, five winning prize in the provincial or national teaching competitions, and 22 winning the first place in the relevant competitions at Shaoxing and Shangyu levels.
