Heathy is my top concern
When I was in high school, my teacher asked us, what's your own top
concern. A classmate answered "knowledge is my top concern ". However,
I replied without any hesitation, "Health is my top concern." Then my
teacher was so proud of my answer. At that time, I started to realize that
health is so crucial for us.
Why do I select to concern the healthy? There are so many reasons
can be found. For one thing, if we have no good health , we will not enjoy our life;
such as doing sports, traveling around the world with our family and making
friends; For another thing, only a good health must we get, wealth and knowledge
come up, What's more, if we have no good health, we can't do everything that we
would love. So we must pay attention to our health.
From what I have mentioned above, we can see that health is more
important than other things. So we should try our best to keep a good health.
Firstly, we should keep a balanced diet, we had better choose fruits and
vegetables to eat; Secondly, we should keep doing exercise every day; Finally,
we have to get rid of bad habits and develop good habits. And
only his way must we have a healthy life.
